台北木柵山區的正欉鐵觀音,職人以布巾包裹初焙未乾的茶葉,手工團揉後放入焙籠以文火覆乾,來來回回反覆焙揉,才能醞釀出甘醇的氣味。95˚C 高溫沖泡後馥郁的果韻與花香,是時間焙製而成的芬芳。

Muzha Tieguanyin Oolong |Flavor brewed over time


The Zhengcong Tieguanyin (Muzha Iron Goddess Tea) of Taipei’s Muzha District is produced by wrapping the first roast of undried tea leaves in cloth. After hand rolling, the tea is roasted under low heat repeatedly until dry. In this way the sweet aroma is assured. The tea is brewed at 95˚C till a fruity and floral fragrance is obtained, the result of the time-consuming roasting process.
